• Click on 'Tenders' on the left panel to navigate to the ap eprocurement eGP− portal − tenders page: tender.apeprocurement.gov.in/login.html
• View tenders on the homepage under: Current tenders, Corrgendums and Upcoming tenders
• Click on 'more' for the list of ap tenders: tender.apeprocurement.gov.in/TenderDetailsHome.html#
• Use the 'Tender Search' option to find tenders relevant to you
• Click 'Advanced Search' to filter further by: District, mandal, type, category, value and dates

To register for the Andhra Pradesh eProcurement portal, you will have to visit the tender platform: tender.apeprocurement.gov.in/login.html

• Click on 'New Registration' on the right to start ap eprocurement gov in registration
• View the list of documents required for AP etender portal registration and click 'Ok'
• Read the Terms and Conditions and click on 'I Agree' to continue
• Select the contractor/supplier type, update and verify your signing certificate (i.e., DSC) and update company and contact details (e.g., type of company, company name, user ID, password, email, mobile etc.)
• Verify details using OTP
• Update additional business details (e.g., year of establishment, turnover etc.)
• Enter 'Submit ' to complete the tender apeprocurement registration process

Note: Authorised Signatory Name refers to the name appearing in the DSC and will be auto populated. Registration on the portal is valid for one year.

Before you apply for APtenders, ensure you have: registered on the portal, mapped your Digital Signature Certificate and logged in.

You can now view and find AP etenders that you are eligible for. Read through the requirements in detail and check the due dates to ensure that you submit your application within due dates.

• Write your tender bid proposal as per the prescribed format
• Upload drawings, certificate and the tender bid document online (unless specified)
• Scanned copies of BG/DD for EMD fees should also be attached
• Review details, ensure you have submitted all requested documents and freeze the bid
• Check for acknowledgment message/email to confirm your bid has been submitted

Note: The apeprocurement portal provides online space to registered users to upload documents, certificates, drawings etc. Once uploaded the attachments can be used across all tenders.
